SECRETARIAT OF THE NATIONAL TEXTILE STANDARDIZATION TECHNICAL COMMITTEE
SUBCOMMITTEE FOR CHEMICAL FIBER FILAMENT FABRICS

The Secretariat of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee, Subcommittee for Chemical Fiber Filament Fabrics, is responsible for standardization and revision of national standards in the field of textiles to regulate the standardization system and promote the healthy development of the textile industry. It primarily focuses on the national standards for fabrics made from chemical fibers (synthetic fibers and regenerated cellulose fibers) produced through filament yarn weaving.

In 2021, the National Standardization Administration formed the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee, Subcommittee for Chemical Fiber Filament Fabrics after conducting research.

The Subcommittee for Chemical Fiber Filament Fabrics of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee is primarily responsible for the revision of national standards in the field of textiles, specifically those made from chemical fibers (synthetic fibers and regenerated cellulose fibers) through filament yarn weaving. The daily management and operational guidance of the subcommittee are overseen by the China National Textile Industry Council.

The Secretariat of the subcommittee is currently located in Zhejiang Silk Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CATHAYA Group.
